Resumo: |
From the purpose of analyzing the relationship between the aspects of dynamic capacity and the practices of innovation already institutionalized in a Paper and Pulp Company in the city of Guarapuava-PR. For that, in the quantitative research, a questionnaire structured on the Likert scale with five points of agreement was constructed, based on Escobar (2012); Schvarz (2009); Lima et al. (2011), divided into five blocks, which raise the profile of the sample, the dimensions of innovation capacity, the size of the absorptive capacity, the size of the capacity to adapt and, finally, the dimension of institutionalized innovation practices. Sampling generated reliable information through Cronbach's alpha, and later were done t test, Anova, which allowed the construction of descriptive analysis of the data, which resulted in a moderate correlation of innovation capacity to the first and third level of institutionalization (Habituation and Sedimentation ) of innovation practices, and their relation to second degree (objectification) is weak. The Absorption capacity aspect is moderately related to the first (habituation), second (objectification) and third (sedimentation) degree of the institutionalization of innovation practices consecutively, where their relation is average. In the last aspect of dynamic capacity, adaptive capacity also follows the sequence of the three degrees of institutionalization of innovation practices, which shows that the organization's ability to cope with internal and external adversities are strongly related to the first degree, and moderately high in the second and third degree of institutionalization of innovation practices. It was also concluded that employees aged over 40 years or with more than 12 years of company have a greater critical sense, through a significant difference, that employees with up to 25 years or with up to 2 years of company, in relation to innovation in services, organizational innovation. In sum, the indicators point out that the organization's capabilities are in line with Wang-Ahmed's (2007) oriented behavior, integrating, reconfiguring, renewing and re-creating its capabilities and capabilities, and improving and rebuilding key capabilities in response to mutations to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. |
