A SATISFAÇÃO E A PERCEPÇÃO DE VALOR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO COM OS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS DO MUNICÍPIO DE CANDÓI-PR

Resumo: The dissertation approach with the theme "satisfaction and value perception" in the search line in the Graduate Program in Strategy Management, Professional Master in Management UNICENTRO. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the perception of value and job satisfaction of civil workers in the city of Candói / PR, course of graduates specialization in Municipal Public Management in distance education . The objectives were: to characterize the profile of the public of the Municipality of Candói servers that completed the course of Municipal Public Management in the 2010- 2015; Describe the elements that attach to the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the servers in regard to the training received before, during and after the course of GPM end of this and investigate from the perspective of public servants surveyed if there was indeed a professional improvement after the course. In this sense the research was configured as a case study of a descriptive, was elected a qualitative research approach in two investigative steps simultaneously. In the first stage of the research, carried out a literature review of scientific production of national and international researchers. In turn, the second investigative stage of research took place through field research, applied the research instrument in the form of semi-structured interviews as the main technique for data collection and also included the use of three collection techniques data: documentary research, simple observation and the field diary, which has all the eleven interviews. These interviewers were chosen in a targeted manner, ie, to be municipal management and are graduates of the specialization Public Management Municipal UAB/UNICENTRO in the 2010 to 2015 period after the completion of the two investigative steps in data collection was a triangulation with the records made during the observation. With the transcribed data was held on thematic categorical analysis focused. Through these results, it is concluded that, the proposal of Distance Education in the context of municipal public management should not be seen as responsible for solving the problems of public administration and nor would it be the ideal proposal. The responsibility given to everyone is to develop ideas, opinions, positions, reflections and criticisms that may constitute alternatives to face problems constructed by social and resulting relationships of the current economic situation and to act as a mechanism that facilitates the process of training and training of civil servants. It emphasizes further that the servers realized the value returned for personal and non-working life. In this sense, it is suggested that, for best results of this research, the Job and Salary Plan should be implemented in the Municipality and also replicate the research in another larger city.
