Resumo: |
A proposal that has been helping many first-time “Startupers” are the incubators, which are centers that house technology-based micro-enterprises. Incubators, like all institutions, are evaluated for the services they provide and can be certified by levels of maturity by the Reference Center for Support to New Enterprises (CERNE), showing that they are able to support Incubated companies. However, in order to obtain certification, the Incubator needs to present a series of requirements and one of these CERNE requirements is a diagnosis of the maturity stage of Startups. Therefore, the objective of this work was the construction of this model diagnosis, which would meet the requirements established by both INTEG and CERNE, as well as the analysis of the data involved. From this, the model was built, based on bibliographical research and multiple case studies, covering 6 essential dimensions in an enterprise evaluation (Business, Commercial and Sales Model, Legal Aspects, Innovation and Technology Management, People and Aspects Finance and Accounting). The data collection technique was through a questionnaire made in Google Forms with the 6 startups residing at INTEG. The research was descriptive and quantitative. As a result, it managed to identify the stages that each startup was in, with 4 (four) of them being classified in the “Market” stage and 2 (two) in the “Product” stage. Startup F had the highest average of 7.6 points and Startup D had the lowest average of 4.1 points. In addition, he also noticed what were the strengths and improvement points of the Incubator, in this case the Theme "People" presented the highest score, with an average of 6.9 points, while the area of "Leverage" presented the lowest average, with 5.3 points. With this, the incubator can analyze which strategies to use to evolve in the dimensions in which it considers most important for the moment of Startups. With this, it was possible to meet the demand proposed by INTEG and within the necessary requirements demanded for the certification of CERNE. |
