Resumo: |
This dissertation analyzes sexual crimes, being they defloramentos, abduction and pimping, present in criminal cases of the period from 1931 to 1940 in the city of Mallet / Pr. It is intended from the legal documentation selected to discuss the importance that the society of the time gave to the morality of girls and women, being the essential honor for the maintenance of the reputation of their whole family. It is intended to think about the power practices that existed in these processes, as well as the importance of marriage for the formation of good citizens, understanding that the state and justice spoke similar questions about women's experiences and their importance for the maintenance of a society organized. It is understood that the present dissertation is situated in the field of studies on violence and gender relations. |
