Resumo: At present the importance of organizing the complexities of human temporal experiences generates more and more is necessary to attribute historical sense to localities. The idea of historical sense is the ability of people to guide their action in time. In this sense, this research aims to investigate in a qualitative way how the youngsters of the high school of the Campus State School of Bituva do Campinas (Fernandes Pinheiro, PR) attribute historical sense about the locality in their historical narratives. The problematic that we aim to analyze is, what are the historical meanings that the young people of the high school of a public school publishes of the state network of the municipality of Fernandes Pinheiro, PR, construct in their historical narratives on the locality? As a theoretical reference, it is based on the ideas of the philosopher of German history Jorn Rüsen which contributes to the concept of "historical sense" from the theory of historical consciousness. In order to instrumentalize the research I elaborated two questions, 1 (write a history of the municipality of Fernandes Pinheiro of the last 50 years?) 2 The story you wrote was based on: books, family story, teacher's class, internet, story told in day by day? The dissertation is structured in four chapters. In the first, a study on narratives and historiography with different looks is carried out. In the second, the historical narrative and the constitution of meaning are investigated in the perspective of Jorn Rüsen. The third, a survey of sources (books, TCC, sites) is investigated which sense these sources build the city. In the fourth, the field of research is investigated, and the narratives of the young are divided into categories of historical meaning using the methodologies applied in the researches of Professor Geraldo Becker. At the end of the dissertation I present some research results as well as concerns that will allow the production of new researches in the areas of historical narratives and field school, work with familiar sources, studies of the school curricula of the field.
