The research named as: "Education and Work: Dialogues from the Social Perspective on Prison Education for Women Graduates of the Prison System of the Municipality of Guarapuava/Paraná", discusses a sensitive and relevant theme, highlighting the complexities and adversities faced by women graduates of the prison system. The research aims to understand the panorama of the experiences of women who left the prison system in Guarapuava, Paraná, addressing both the violence they faced and the influence of education and work in their process of social reintegration. Specifically, these include: identification of the economic condition; the discussion of challenges in the resumption of life Out of prison; and the reflection on the impact of education and work in this process. Using the epistemological assumption of interculturality, the research was concerned with knowing and highlighting the cultural aspects, and thus offering solutions to facilitate social reintegration. The repercussions of the research highlight the inequalities and violence aggravated by the intersectionality of gender, race and social class, emphasizing the importance of education and work as essential human rights to promote the autonomy, empowerment and reconstruction of the identity of women who graduated from the prison system of Guarapuava - PR. |
