Resumo em Inglês: The research brings out the perception of transcribers and readers about the potential efectiveness of training course in generating knowledge and attitudes to support people with disabilities especially those who make selective processes. Therefore, they considered the profile of graduates; as well as the motivational elements to the course's admission; the opinion related on academic aspects and the applicability of acquired knowledge. Thus, the research usedthe Grounded Theory in Data based on Glaser; Straus and Corbin and Tarozzi, as well as contributions from Alves, Goffman, Xiberras, etc. The data colections were performed through 333 electronic questionnaires that combined structured and open questions. The answeres have assigned that the course: (1) prepare to bring accessibility solutions even in unpredictable situations, (2) help to finiss with prejudice in relation to dificulties and potentialities of people are assisted, (3) enable development of practical skills which are essential to the performance and (4) leave trainers excited to be Readers or Transcribers. It can be argued that graduates perceive themselves prepared (96%) and confident (98%) to act in evaluative and selective processes. They also perceive that their performance is well accepted by the public attended (96%), affirm that the training has provided the knowledge and attitudes necessary for a good performance and that the skills are essential for the action of these professionals (99%). Suggestions for improvement include an intensification of practical activities in the area of exams, a re-adjustment of the instruments of application of tests and a longer time of course.For this reason, an intensification in practical activities in science nature area, a rearrangement of the applicated instruments in these tests, and besides a greater time of course.
