Pr??ticas comunicacionais na produ????o de eventos: o texto e o compartilhamento de significados na perspectiva da Escola de Montreal

Resumo em Inglês: The purpose of this research is to investigate aspects concerning to the constructions of texts and ways of exchange of meanings, checking their communication acts and interactions from the organizing committee of an institutional event, based on the interpretative paradigm from the Montr??al School. The issue in which the study operates is that the communication, that is developing automatically most of the time can lead to the understanding that the text, whereby it puts into a practice, does not need be studied neither cared, because the communication is common to all people. In a pilot research carried out in 2016 by the researcher about the perception of the communication process during the event ??Welcome to the freshmen?? at University of Brasilia, the results confirmed, in a way, the hypothesis that the text is fundamental for better functioning of the organizations. The text and it meaning are subject of research of the Montr??al School, within the perspective that, either implicitly or explicitly, all the organizational shares are subsidized or mediated by it. During the work, the events were characterized as communication, having been discussed about it process with a view of the theoretical planning and the empiric complexity; it has been described an organizational communication according to the theoretical propositions of the co-supervision and the model text/conversation of the Montr??al School; it stood out the role of the text as meanings producer in the located conversational acts and as interaction agent. The research was made by a case study after free field observation, and their results aimed as one of the most important aspects of the exchange meanings the way as the text is passed on.
