Atendimento educacional de estudantes com necessidades específicas do napne em um campus do IFPR: limites e possibilidades

Resumo: The present study has as its central theme the care of students with specific needs at the Federal Institute of Paraná, carried out by the Center for Assistance to Persons with Specific Educational Needs – Napne. This theme is justified by the gradual increase in the number of students supported by the accessibility policy at the IFPR, which gave rise to the need to know how the services are developed by this nucleus in order to understand its limits and possibilities in the services offered to students with disabilities. Specific needs and, consequently, improve these actions through the results obtained, since the teaching-learning process of these students depends directly on the quality of intermediation they receive. The study was guided by the following question: What are and how are the services and assistance offered by Napne on a campus of the Instituto Federal do Paraná organized? The goal consists of knowing and analyzing the care and services offered by Napne for students with specific needs on an IFPR campus. The methodological approach adopts a qualitative approach and a descriptive design. In this way, administrative technicians in Education and professors from a campus of the Federal Institute of Paraná participated, and the research participants numbered 06 people (six), being 01 technician in educational matters, 01 pedagogue and 04 teachers for the interview. half structured. Two instruments were used for data collection: (1) Semi-structured interview, the scripts were prepared and validated by members of the Research Group Nucleus of Studies and Research in Right to Education - Special Education - NEPEDE'EEs/UFSCar, and (2) Questionnaire, for understanding the importance of this characterization, as well as the ease in formulating the questions and sending them, considering the construction of the questionnaire via Google Forms. The results presented are in the form of the interviewees' speech record from which subsidies are extracted to understand the limits and possibilities of this service developed by Napne. The research results suggest that it is possible to improve the service work for students with specific needs through a new reorganization that could rely on systematization tools such as flowcharts and organizational charts, appropriate for the care of the education professionals involved.
