Resumo: | This research undertakes a bibliographic analysis and theoretical tensioning, emphasizing the importance of post-statist strategies in the contemporary global scenario. By avoiding a direct and violent confrontation with the established power, these strategies favor free experimentation focused on constructing new forms of sociability. The investigation delves into current forms of activism, under a Foucauldian perspective and in dialogue with post-anarchism against neoliberal governmentality. Based on Foucault's interpretation of Clausewitz's aphorism, the study portrays politics as a constant war in today's capitalism. Chile, as the first laboratory of neoliberalism during the Pinochet dictatorship, is the central focus of the research. The 2019 social uprising in the country, resulting from the scars of this period, exemplifies recent collective struggles. The study highlights individual resistance through libertarian practices, which manage to postpone or avoid detection by the dominant power. These intense and brief uprisings emerge as a contemporary resistance tactic against the authoritarian direction of neoliberalism and its use of bio-necropower. |
