Resumo: |
This thesis aims to analyze aspects of environmental degradation and recovery of Cubatão under the focus of environmental cooperation between government, society (in the figure of citizens and organized society) and industrial companies polo installed there, checking the its effectiveness, as well as emphasizing the importance of participation of society in the process of ecological restoration. For this purpose, initially, analyzes the environmental degradation of Cubatão and its consequences for the environment and for the local population as well as the measures implemented in order to improve the quality of life and environment of 8 the region. It also analyzes the participation of each of the entities mentioned above in this process as well as the problems currently faced by the municipality, for example, the disordered occupation. Finally, it analyzes the issue with a focus on Human Rights, addressing the collision of rights involved in the case. |
