Resumo: This thesis analyzes the relationship between the implementation of organizational changes proposed by Província Marista do Rio Grande do Sul, and the teachers‟ job motivation. The research has been conducted on a survey data colleted from a questionnaire application. The survey is composed of thirty items, design from three categories: motivation, organizational changes and school management. This questionnaire was applied to two schools from Marista Net and focused on the perception of final years of Elementary School Teachers and High School Teachers. The theoretical frameork is based on self-determination theory, from Deci and Rayan (2013), the theory of shared management, from Heloísa Lück (2011), organizational behavior proposed by Newstron (2008), among other authors, and on the articles from Marista Net.The data were organized into grafics and analyzed by the theoretical references. From the theoretical framework analysis, one can see that the job motivation is relatively susceptible to changes processes and the managers play an important role in this dynamic. It was found also, with the analysis of the results that it is possible to establish relationships between organizational changes and the teachers‟ job motivation, and the quality of teaching and learning can be affected in this context.
