Resumo: |
The studies made on contemporary Brazilian literature have a tendency to ignore the phenomenon of small publishers who gather, in their transitory existence, newcomers authors interested in their inclusion in the national cultural market. The literary field depends on a relatively autonomous system of valuation, consecration and canonization, responsible for the renewal of media and cultural mediators. The research undertaken here takes into account a synchronic perspective, using a comprehensive approach, and investigates the processes of self-legitimation and accumulation of symbolic capital, that are responsible for the insertion of new agents in the literary field, through the construction of the concept of literary incubators, with help of the sociological theories about the production and circulation of cultural products developed by Pierre Bourdieu. |
