Resumo: |
The “(E)labor(ator)iografias” were designed in a scenario that allows some possibilities to be inferred through the sharing of life stories of science teachers belonging to basic education. From the (re)experiences of (and with) the teachers, elements and characteristics were identified that were indicated by them as events that contributed to their development as subjects of teaching, being involved either in the personal and/or professional sphere, since, the purpose was to perceive the narrated events as events intertwined in the experience course of telling about oneself – telling oneself. To this end, we sought to shed light through the stories towards (not so) different forms of life in their arrangements and formations, considering the spaces and their ways of telling themselves when graphing their trajectories and their relationships marked by their crossed perceptions by a multiplicity of forces, knowledge and powers, which acted on their narratives and enabled them to make their choices that could be, in some way, brought to this research. In this way, the methodological plots were created with subsidies that provided means for the teachers to tell their stories, based on an interview where their speech prevailed without the researcher's interference to minimize affecting any construction arising from each one. However, a narrative triggering instrument was provided to be used in cases of absence of speech. Four teachers participated in the investigation, all of whom worked in science laboratories. The research presented a qualitative approach, dealing with the exposure of their lives through speeches with the purpose of establishing inferences, based on the elements portrayed by each of the participants, seeking to connect points that they mentioned, such as: the “family dimension ”, where each one brought their connections and relationships relevant to that instance; the “interpersonal dimension”, exposing the role played by people who may or may not have contributed to their (trans)formations; the “academic dimension”, being able to perceive the forces that were present in their professional choices and the “dimension of being and doing pedagogically”, sharing how they were (re)inventing themselves, planning and reflecting in their classes. Furthermore, there were fundamentals that are subjective to each one, dealing with: “a trajectory that took another path”, from this emergence an event was glimpsed that undid a situation in search of bringing a new path, in “feminine symbolism as an example ”, brought reflective aspects about the impacts and potential of a woman who is part of the teacher’s family, with “the connection with the school”, it was possible to explore how this institution became important and reflects feelings of affection and contributed to the teacher’s training and in “the gallery of black scientists”, one can discover the still-rooted marks of a society that inferiorizes the issue of race and color in the teaching profession. With these demands portrayed and analyzed, it is possible to understand the possibilities and ways in which these teachers perceive themselves. The benefit of remembering and (re)signifying the understanding related to the actions that led them to their professional choice – being a science teacher who works in a laboratory and works in basic education – allowed them to take the labor issue as a reading key of themselves, these women could reflect on their potential and the space they occupy, allowing them to capture the way they write their life stories. |
