Resumo: |
The present research intends, from the theoretical path of Achille Mbembe, to approach the theme of migration, its core issues, its implications and its challenges in view of proposing the basic features of a philosophy of migration from the margin, from a marginal perspective, as synonymous with the ethics of hospitality, as a possibility of welcoming and respecting the other. In the wake of what Mbembe has exposed, we intend to analyze the notion of margin, from the Derridian perspective, as a possibility of thinking about the elements for a philosophy of migration, seeking to clarify an ethical conception of hospitality, as a reverse to the paradigm of the policy of enmity signed in the exception/suspension. From this proposition comes the need to base the present proposal on a model of non-totalizing rationality, but from the margin, from the other, from the trail, from the alterity in its extreme condition of unconditionality - that does not embrace and capture the other and, even less, try to delimit or frame it from a violent perspective that denies its uniqueness. The philosophy of migrations, therefore, constitutes itself as a migrant becoming, conceived from the margin, which presupposes an ethics of the passer-by, which implies treating the other as a deferral, the different being treated as such and unconditionally, since it calls for an answer to his appeal, as a face that reaches me and demands that I exercise my freedom to be responsible for him. Therefore, a philosophy of migrations would ultimately consist, then, in overcoming the concept of necro-border, selective space for the production of death, of damaging life, in building a notion of metamargin, even beyond the margin as a possibility, addressing the non place, crossing and active journey towards the not yet, path of hope, scintillating image of a politics of resistance turned into a politics of survival. |
