Resumo: |
The present work intends to investigate the question of the integrated human inserted in cyberculture, this new social composition characterized by speed, individuality and connectivity. It is not an imaginary reality, but real and present in our contemporary world. Philosophical and theological currents try to illuminate this new environment, in order to collaborate in the construction of subjects aware of their place and mission. This investigation will be based on the reading and analysis of the reflections of two contemporary thinkers: the French Pierre Lévy, philosopher, sociologist and one of the most important researchers in information science, and the Spanish-Brazilian Alfonso García Rubio, theologian and anthropologist, the latter based in in Brazil since 1959. Promoting a dialogue between these two thinkers will be the primary objective of this research. And, from this dialogue, it is intended to seek answers to the question: in this hyperconnected and cybernetic world, will there be space for an integrated human being focused on the transcendent, for his equals and for the things that surround him? Does Christian theology have anything to offer for the maintenance of dialogue with modern sciences? |
