Resumo: |
This dissertation aims to discuss the boundaries of e-commerce interfaces and formats in a context of ubiquitous communication. To support this questioning, a timeline built on the past and present of the interfaces will be presented. The future tense was purposely excluded from this clipping, because, as it is better argued in the course of the research, it presents enormous stagnation. References will be exposed and the concept of e-commerce will be discussed, along with the interfaces and barriers that digital commerce has already presented. Starting with an in-depth explanation of what e-commerce is and then moving on to the digital ecosystem of equal interfaces and digital spaces. Following this ubiquity of transformations that occurred throughout this collection of information presented about interfaces and e-commerce, this work is dedicated to identifying and exemplifying categories of e-commerce transformation. These, which were classified into four different types, respectively: Category A - Digital State, Category B - Platform, Category C – Interface and Category D - Content. And the e-commerce examples that will be analyzed are: Amazon, Apple, iFood, Spotify, Uber, Substack, PlayStation Store, Steam and OnlyFans. As an anchor for this entire dissertation, the following authors were used: Andrade (2016), Bolter (2000), Calazans (2016), Cardoso (2016), Dantas (2016), Dijck (2013), Garrett (2011), Grusin (2000), Johnson (1997), Joia (2008), King (2016), Laudon (2016, 2017 e 2018), Lee (2016), Lévy (1996), Liang (2016), Mariano (2022), Mendonça (2016), Mendoza (2013), Messeder (2016), Montardo (2019), Norman (2016 e 1988), Oliveira (2008), Simoes (2016), Streck (2020), Traver (2016, 2017 e 2018), Turban (2016), Turban (2016), Viana (2022) e West (2022). |
