Análise da satisfação de idosos quanto aos serviços assistenciais prestados pelo Sistema Único de Saúde

Resumo: Introduction: social changes in the contemporaneity have led to a decrease in the fertility rate of the population and, consequently, in the increase of the elderly in Brazil. this event causes an increase in health care demands to the elderly, thus multiplying the total attendance to this vital cycle. Objective: to analyze the satisfaction of elderly users of the Unified Health System of a city in the interior of the State of Rio Grande do Sul regarding multiprofessional care in the networks of care offered by public health services. Methodology: this research is characterized by being of the transversal, descriptive and exploratory type. the sample is composed of elderly people aged 60 years or older. the collection of data occurred after the approval of the ethics committee of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), with Caee n. 63402816.3.0000.5336, under opinion no. 1,899,205. an evaluation questionnaire used by the health ministry was applied in order to identify the socio-demographic profile of each elderly Person. The statistical analysis of the data was carried out in the program statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 22. the quantitative variables were calculated with descriptive measures of position and of dispersion, already for the tables of distribution of frequencies. as for the bivariate analysis, we presented the contingency tables and the association performed by the chi-square test of Pearson. the statistical test was considered significant when p <0.05 . Results: (n = 470), 48.1 (n = 263) married, low income 68, the mean age of the elderly was 70, 79 years (± 7.82) (n = 492), 65.5 (n = 372) use SUS for health care, 91.2 (n = 518) used SUS, 7 (n = 390) in the last 12 months for vaccination, consultations, examinations, emergency and emergency care, dental services inpatient or to take medications. There is a statistically significant association of the satisfaction of the sus assistance services with reasons for the demand of the services of SUS with dressings, vaccination and guidance (p <0.001), with medical consultations (p <0.001), with laboratory and imaging exams and with medication (p <0.001), also in relation to the variable satisfaction of the health care services associated with multiprofessional assistance: (p <0.001), the physician (p <0.001) and the ACS (p = 0.010). the dentist (p = 0.486), no association was observed. general satisfaction of the SUS service with the time used to assist the elderly in the ESFs (p <0.001). however, with the times used to assist the elderly in the UPA (p = 0,469) and dental services (p = 0.055), no association was observed. (p <0.001), referrals for procedures in the health care of the elderly in the UPA (p = 0.320), no association was observed, a statistically significant association of general satisfaction was observed of the SUS service with scheduling of consultations of the elderly in the search for services in the SPH (p <0.001). Conclusion: the present research points out important indicators as satisfaction of the services offered by the SUS, the door of entry to SUS has been resolutive, with multidisciplinary care management capable of absorbing the health demands of the elderly in the attached unit.
