Resumo: The aim of this research is to demonstrate that Axel Honneth’s theory of justice is finer developed in the Freedom’s Right (2011), this is easily understood whether the principle of justice is defended by the principle of recognition. The more common interpretation of the text suggests that the author’s proposal is about the normative reconstruction of social freedom, however, returning to the seminal texts of his recognition theory, is possible to comprehend the real principle to be developed by the normative reconstruction mechanism is the reciprocal recognition. Along those lines, we seek to build up this work by demonstrate the Hegel’s recognition theory, which is Honneth’s theory base, in order to show the reader specific elements that give enough points to Honneth which lead to the forms and ramification of his principle of justice. Thereby, we provide a kind of directed rethinking of Honneth’s theory of recognition for the purposes of his theory of justice. This will happen if we put side by side the processes of social interaction, struggle movements derived from social conflicts and the project of a specific concept of ethics. Only in this way, we look to prove that is possible to set the real normative bases of the theory of justice as the theory of society, alike Honneth desires. Apart from that we must to indicate the perspective that still unclear of Honneth’s theory characterized by his purposeful abandonment of the recognition concept presets in Phenomenology, this work is not the object of studies of the director of the Institute for Social Research.
