Resumo: The present thesis aims to analyze the technical manifestations produced by social workers in the childhood and youth judicial processes in the demands on the right to maternity of women in street situations, between 2015 and 2019. Documentary research, with content analysis, based on the marxist historical and dialectical materialism, and in the primacy of the ontology of the social being, discusses the impacts of the brazilian social formation, the dimension of ideology, ethical-moral values, the genesis of choices and alternatives of choices to problematize how social workers are positioning themselves ethically and politically in the demands described above. It was possible to observe that the legal sphere, being a social complex, reproduces the dominant ideology, and it is in the socio-legal area that ethical-moral value positions are expressed that are still very much aligned with the bourgeois model of family, favoring the pact of whiteness, and surveillance of women's sexual and reproductive rights. The processes analyzed showed positions that express a dehumanization of women living on the street, manifested by professionals, social workers, and other areas, as well as legal operators, reproducing the violation of rights to the most excluded part of the capitalist production system. The exercise of ethical capacity prevails, as a daily critical engine of professional actions towards a position against the multiple oppressions of the capitalist system
