Resumo: This research is dedicated to analyzing manifestations about the neurodiversity of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) on digital social networks. The study selected web videos published by two categories of subjects. The first category brought together people with the disorder, subdivided into lay people, experts and representatives. The second category was made up of people without the disorder, subdivided into lay people, experts and influencers. The corpus was limited to one hundred and eighty video demonstrations posted between 2020 and 2024 on the YouTube and TikTok platforms and the final selection criteria were the most repeated meanings in the demonstrations. These were analyzed and interpreted within the framework of the semiotic theory of A. J. Greimas, its developments in the sociosemiotics of E. Landowski and the analysis of expression and discursive interactions in the enunciative process of A. C. de Oliveira. The work carried out a bibliographical survey of the clinical, legal and sociopolitical context of the problem, with contributions from the neurodiversity of ADHD from the psychiatric perspective of R. Barkley. The result considered fifteen main meanings of reiterations: self-acceptance, acceptance, loneliness, tiredness, despair, lack of education, urgency, continuity of the condition, overcoming limits, definition of identity, existential relevance, compromised capacity, identity ridicule, predictable response and mockery of stigmatizing bias. The identification of these meanings pointed to the contribution of the manifestations with the aim of overcoming the challenges that the neurodiverse condition of the disorder imposes on society. The understanding of the neurodiversity of ADHD, its meanings, the diffusion and visibility of neurodiverse people with the disorder, based proposals for the production of public policies in order to educate and raise awareness among people with and without the disorder, regulate stigmatizing content published about the disorder condition, organize and materialize community support with specialized diagnostic and treatment services, qualify digital accessibility with the provision of reliable health information and services, operate and encourage inclusion policies in the labor market and permanently invest in research and monitoring to reduce inequalities of neurodiverse people with ADHD
