Resumo: The economic crisis that is ravaging the Brazil is a vector of social inequality and precariousness of dignity and citizenship. The population suffers from high taxes and the State, in turn, carries out precarious and insufficient public policies. As consideration of the proceeds, the population doesn’t enjoy basic rights such as health, public safety, education and basic sanitation. In addition to the absence of appropriate public policies, another problem, from the economic recession is the elimination of jobs. The current socio-economic phenomenon directly affects sectors of industry, commerce and services, and that directly mitigate public tax collections. As if wrapped in a vicious circle, the recession raises the upsurge of the labour market, leading to a reduction in public revenue, which leads to lack of public investment in essential sectors, which in turn causes the worsening of the social crisis; brazilian society requires alternate routes to work, income generation and production. Given this scenario, and sensitized with the growing increase in unemployment, we inquired whether it would be possible the expansion of alternative forms of work and income generation? How to preserve social rights? We direct our research on outsourcing; in the employers' consortium and the Association, in particular in the labour cooperatives. Using argumentative deductive method, we conclude that the appreciation of the work and income generation is important for workers to rescue his dignity
