The exponential advancement of mass personal data analysis technology, becoming a raw material of the times. Thus, the General Data Protection Law represents a regulatory framework for data in Brazil, given that there is a provision for its own institutes, rules and principles, systematically organized. In labor relations, we noticed that there is an intense flow of data between employee and employee, from the moment of filling out a job application until the post-contractual period, which is why it is essential to investigate how they legitimize the processing of data in the aforementioned modalities of legal relations. . Thus, this master's dissertation aims to study the impacts of the General Data Protection Law on labor relations. Brief account of the historical context of the birth of the General Data Law, from the Fourth Industrial Protection and the influence of European legal frameworks on Brazilian law. Focusing on the fundamentals, concepts and principles of the General Protection Law. In-depth approach and analysis of the impacts of the General Data Protection Law on the labor sector. The development of authorized hypotheses for data processing in labor relations, consent in labor relations. In addition, the version on the management of personal data and the personal analysis and use of collective data is the version on the management of personal data and the personal analysis and collective use of data.
