This study intends to analyze how the process of social management and development from network’s role work, to check the interests that make the entrepreneurs search the incubated in solidarity economy of Association Padre Leo Commissari to start their companies and to check the network's role in the development of incubated companies. The research qualitative was made with secondary data that were used to characterize the neighborhood in which social incubator is inserted; and primary, of two companies linked to them. The informations taken and anayzed may check the entrepreneurs’ vision about the incubator and to know if they are in the network’s role have changed their lifes. The theoretical chapter of social management, development and network’s role has made possible to verify the entrepreneurs’ perception have about the incubator and the network’s role to which they belong to. Finally, there were some aspects related to learning and administration, to continuation and strengthening of the incubated enterprises, towards self-management, as well as the promotion of economic growth that a social incubator can make, through the provision of greater entrepreneurial opportunities to poorest population, creating their own companies |
