Resumo: This research is defined as a case study, in which it was studied the Cooperation in Solidarity Economy Networks. These networks emerged as a strengthening and potentiation strategy of the Solidarity Economic Enterprises (EES, in Portuguese), which are small alternative production groups, associations and cooperatives that have as its basis the organization of work based on principles of self-management, cooperation, equality, solidarity and democracy in the economic management of the organization, along with fair distribution of the results and human appreciation. We searched to identify and analyze the way that the organization of work in the Cooperation in Solidarity Economy Networks contribute to the economic sustainability of the EES and aim to the construction of a new Subjective Dimension of Work. Based on the Social-Historical Psychology, that understands that the human constitutes both objectivity/subjectivity in a dialectic relation that engenders the Subjective Dimension of Reality. Through the characterization of the social, historical, economic and cultural reality, we aim for elements that allow an analysis of the objective/subjective aspects that are part of the Subjective Dimension of Work in the Cooperation in Solidarity Economy Networks. We begin the analysis from the characterization of networks, in which are presented the historical and organizational dimension. In the second part are presented the categories of analysis identified through senses and meanings reveled by the workers during the process of building new forms of production and work management, which changed practices, habits, customs, beliefs and values creating a new Subjective Dimension of Work
