In Sao Paulo, according to the resolutions numbers 184/02, 01/04 92/07 for the State Secretary of Education of São Paulo, the specialist teachers in physical education began to teach the classes in this discipline in the early grades with the monitoring required the classroom teacher. The questions guiding this study are: How is the relationship between teacher conductor / teacher specialist in Physical Education in how these teachers and their managers? What feelings and emotions involved in these relations? What situations induce these feelings and emotions in those relationships? Therefore investigate how the relationship between these professionals professional partner in the learning process is the main goal of this research. We chose to interview the actors who work directly in partnership working and belonging to state schools: classroom teacher, specialist teachers in physical education director, professor and coordinator of the unit coordinator of teacher educational workshop. The psychogenic theory of Henri Wallon (1879-1962) was the theoretical framework for the qualitative study, and the production of information via semi-structured interview. A framework was prepared for each teacher who allowed us a qualitative analysis of statements, details of the meanings and feelings captured by the researcher and the situation inducing feelings. Among others, research shows that the monitoring of school teachers for physical education classes because the same discomfort that leads to not follow the lesson most often, in turn, the specialist teacher also has feelings of malaise in some opportunities |
