Resumo: |
This dissertation aims to identify the effectiveness of the conduct adjustment term in materializing the rights of internally displaced people. Initially, we spoke about internally displaced people in the ecological crisis, analyzing concepts and understanding from different authors, as well as the implications of environmental changes and, consequently, the resulting human displacements. The regulatory panorama of protection and the importance of specific protection for internally displaced people were also analyzed. Next, we discussed the term of conduct adjustment, its origin and its elements. Its relevance as an alternative means of resolving conflicts and its effectiveness in finding the best solution was highlighted. The contribution of the commitment to conduct adjustment in resolving environmental was also highlighted, as well as the effectiveness of the negotiated solution, specifically in cases where there is population displacement due to environmental changes or disasters. Finally, concrete cases were analyzed in which the conclusion of the conduct adjustment agreement was the means adopted to resolve environmental conflicts with consequences for the population, including, in some cases, displacement from their usual place of live |
