Resumo: |
This dissertation has as its theme the working conditions of social assistants acting according to the Brazilian National Policy for Social Assistance (PNAS), in the region of Vale do Ribeira - SP, from their insertion in Reference Centers for Social Assistance (CRAS) in small size I towns (up to 20,000 inhabitants). Therefore, our approach to the experienced reality has sought to research on theoretical, technical and ethical-political challenges that are interposed in the state workspace and on force correlations faced in the fight for directionality of social assistance policies in the countryside of small size I towns. Towards this analysis, we have elected two different towns, being one in the PP1 subclassification and the other in the PP1f. It was sought to clarify how poor working conditions end up interfering in work contents and in professional behavior. For this purpose, we have entered the institutional dynamics of CRAS from field interviews carried out with the technical social assistants, in order to frame the reality faced by social assistants while executing their daily work. In this analysis, we have considered contradictory aspects inherent to the workforce acquisition and sale and the relationship among the worsening of work relations, both in the hiring process as well as in the available tools for the professional work, and how much these relationships raise new and old ethical-political dilemmas to social assistants |
