Resumo: |
The present study aims to expose the indispensable relationship between the studies of Semiotics and the institutes of Constitutional and Philosophical Legal Hermeneutics in order to have an effective interpretative process. The present work seeks to establish a necessary relationship between the respective Institutes, presenting the indispensability of a joint study of semiotics and legal and philosophical hermeneutics within an effective interpretative process. This study's methodology is bibliographical and text research from a legal and philosophical perspective, bringing a reflection on the essentiality of the study of semiotics in conjunction with legal and philosophical hermeneutics in legal production for the adequate application of law. Therefore, a study on language, on hermeneutic methods and principles is essential, without forgetting the relevance of the interpreter's self-knowledge, which gains protagonism within the interpretative procedure |
