This research presents the way rich teenagers deal with work and profession choose. The choice for studying these people started with a work of professional education developed with adolescents who study in private schools and have a good cultural and socioeconomic condition. The way teenagers comprehend the work, the facts that guide their professional choice and how they relate the work to their social life were investigated in this research. The theorist used in this research was the sociohistoric psychology, which focus on the dialectical historical materialistic method. The people chosen for this investigation were adolescents who study in the second year of a private high school located in a city of Sao Paulo state. The data collection was done through a questionnaire with opened questions that were qualitatively analyzed. The results showed that the understanding of work is focused on the interests and individual questions. The social questions appear in the answers, but as secondary aspect |
