Resumo: |
The aim of this research is to build knowledge that can understand how to configure the identity of professionals who work with the Supported Employment strategy. Introduced in Brazil in the mid-1990s, the Supported Employment strategy contributes to the inclusion of the Person with Disabilities in the labor market through professionals directed to the worker and to the employer, thus constituting a bridge between both. The research method is exploratory in nature, and its main instrument was the questionnaire "Careers Anchor´ Inventory" developed by Schein. Answered by 25 professionals, 60% presented " Service and Dedication to a Cause " as the main anchor. The main challenges in the development of the strategy in Brazil are: professional formation, strategy´dissemination, change of organizational culture and need of public policies. The justification that defines this study as thesis is based on the contribution to the reflection in the advance of the theory, since it applies concepts already studied by other researchers under different approaches |
