Resumo: This work aims to demonstrate the public environmental policies of preservation and forest conservation in the state of Acre, which come up with innovative proposals for policy formulation and implementation, in order to allow the Economic Development and Sustainable of this Patrimony Forestry. Here are the differences between Flora and Forest, the general aspects and features of the Amazon biome. We analyzed the Instruments for the Protection of the Amazon Forest in Acre, highlighting the Ecological-Economic zoning - ZEE, by the advance of its implementation which takes the state to make decisions about their Publics Politics. However, we also show the model forest administration as community forest management for multiple use of forests. Including Economic Instruments as an incentive to the valuation of forests in the State, being innovative ISA CARBON Project REDD system, considered the most advanced in the world in reducing greenhouse gas emissions arising from deforestation
