Resumo: |
The Dutch Marxist astronomer, mathematician and philosopher Anton Panneköek defended the formation of the Workers’ Councils, coined in the revolutionary process as a mechanism or organization of the proletariat and way to allow him to understand and discuss the best decisions, as well as to make them concrete, in a new society founded on self-management. The thinker is the first Marxist theorist to analyze the legal structure and think about the law´s role in another form of social organization, since obsolete laws can not continue dominating society. And in the working class, the awareness of this contradiction begins to manifest itself in the form of new notions of Law an Justice, aimed at overcoming the existing inequality within society and the forms of access to justice of the working class, in the capitalist production |
