Resumo: Considering a beginner teacher as a person who plays an active role in the process of constitution and in the action of being an educator, this study aims to understand who is the beginner teacher nowadays and how he is situated in the school context, trying to understand which emotions and feelings surround the beginning of the career of this professional doing considerations on how the pedagogical coordinator or their peers (experienced teachers) can contribute to this beginning of teaching. From a qualitative approach, with the application of questionnaires of characterization and semi-structured interviews was tried to analyze experiences, emotions, feelings and the process of teacher formation of two teachers at the beginning of their professional life through their reports. Summaries, frames, axles and/or categories have been developed to assist in the discussions about the information. Because we are considering the affection as a crucial element in the constitution of the person, Henri Wallon s psychogenetics studies were used. The results of this research bring answers that enable to offer suggestions for educational policies, pointing out: to plan the process of continuing education that consider the profile of the beginner teacher, their experiences, expectations, desires and knowledge already acquired even in a fragmented way. Given that in the constitution of the teacher is imbricated cognition, affection and movement, it is important that public policies bet in this triad as a guiding element, and last but not least, it is necessary to consider that the performance of the new teacher goes through the necessity of the school staff support and of their own effort in searching a more meaningful teacher actions
