Resumo: |
In this study we discussed the legitimacy weights of work cooperativism through the research carried out at COOMSER - Cooperativa de Trabalho e Serviços de Rondonópolis. The objective was to analyze the COOMSER from its foundation to today, to demonstrate its consolidation as a cooperative of work in meeting the needs of its members. For that, the theoretical approach of cooperativism was carried out, particularly to labor cooperatives; using qualitative research, through bibliographic review, documentary analysis and interviews. From the documents and reports of cooperatives through a semi-structured questionnaire, about their experiences in COOMSER, aiming to demonstrate the difficulties of founding the cooperative, labor relations, self-management, production gains, distribution of leftovers and life the consolidation of COOMSER in the light of the different results found. The most important aspects discovered in the research is the confirmation of the consolidation of COOMSER as a cooperative of work different from the others, because its cooperative do not provide services to the market, but to the public sector and with primary activities of the state, basic sanitation, services that until recently time were their exclusivity. COOMSER is a cooperative of work, because regardless of where the service is provided, whether at the place of the policyholder or not, the most important is that all decisions are made by its members or through their representatives through administrative, professional acts and social, depending on the cooperative. Thus, it is concluded that a labor cooperative will not question the professional market about its essence when its creation meets the needs of its founders in the face of the difficulties imposed by the market, unemployment or other difficulties, and more importantly, that the benefits of acts taken by the cooperative or for their own sake, as a human figure in the professional market in search of productive satisfaction |
