Resumo: |
The article sheds light on how crowdworking platforms provides income access to migrant workers along their migratory path, despite of difficulties and barriers previously imposed. This research seeks to understand the encounter between work dynamics and migratory experience, by identifying to what extent the guarantee of an income (even without rights) differs and presents particularities compared to other subjects in the labor market, affecting flows and choices of those who migrate, in a specific scenario such as Latin America. To this end, the work is divided in three goals: to present theorical concepts that serves as methodological tools for the analysis of labor dynamics, and that reflect, in a broader scope, processes of digitization of work; to identify how technologies are used in the migratory process and their possible interrelations with the labor world and, finally, to analyze regional particularities and their relation with identities and precarious subjects within parameters for decent work |
