The research, until reaching its focal point, presents the main criticisms of the elementary institutes of civil law, such as that of the Individual, the Legal Person, personality rights, and their approximations and differentiations of human rights and fundamental rights, of damage and moral damage. The objective of this work, far beyond the institute that names it, is to follow an academic path until reaching its destination: the moral damage suffered by the legal entity. Upon reaching the destination, this research will seek to establish the theories that involve the recognition of the existence of moral damages suffered by legal entities, through law, doctrine and jurisprudence and, finally, transmit the main rulings on the subject. The relevance of the theme is therefore based on both the path and the destination
