Resumo: |
This work was aimed at critically analyzing the Lacanian listening process offered to subjects within an institutional public service for children and adolescents suffering from violence. In order to achieve these goals, we used works on several professional experiences, coupled with psychoanalysis itself, in the context of institutions providing services of public health and social assistance. We attempted to understand the parameters by defining childhood in two main fields: first, by a legal analysis, under the Brazilian Statute for Children and Adolescents (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA); second, by a psychoanalytical approach, based on the subject. In the light of psychoanalysis, we attempted to establish a possible simultaneous work both involving the subject and questioning his/her position before his/her condition of victim within a service for protecting against violence. This path led us to acknowledge the importance of listening to the each subject´s truths regarding his/her experience of violence, as well as their impacts on the realms of concrete and fantasy, in a context favouring a balance between public policies and psychoanalysis |
