Resumo: This dissertation addresses the question of the challenge of interdisciplinary in the construction of public policies, especially when one has in mind the issue of care for victims of violence. The international normative prediction concerning the protection of human rights and its application to allied States regional legal provisions, form a complex to promote respect for human rights as citizens and the dignity of their living conditions. The states, by such rules and regulations themselves, ensuring access for its citizen s fundamental rights, creating and implementing mechanisms precepts of equality and inequality, proportionally, the differences in the treatment of all nature, aimed at seeking the wellbeing common, the good life and happiness to all men. The evolution of the concept of social justice and citizenship brings major innovations and the need for a comprehensive view towards the solution of all demands, demonstrating the need for a work covering a multidisciplinary vision and, above all, it is interdisciplinary. The flexibility of spaces in order to accommodate working together from different areas reflects positive effects in treating victims of violence, vulnerable, believers in justice and no access to public services and social justice
