Resumo: |
This work intends to analysis the energetic matter in the Brazilian foreign policy. The object of our study will be the incidence of the energetic matter in the Brazilian strategic conception related to its foreign policy definition and implementation. We expect to comprehend how the dimension represented by energy in the Brazilian foreign policy influences national and international politics, redefining Brazil's role within the system. We argue that the energy theme got larger political relevance in the contemporary international system, what reflected in the Itamaraty actions regarding this subject. On the same way, the national context, related to the energetic thematic, characterized especially by the intention in the creation of the ethanol international market and by the pre-salt reserves, stimulated a change on Itamaraty actions regarding the energetic issue, which became one of the tools to the promotion of Brazil in the international system. We believe that the energetic matter, in Brazil, reached larger political and diplomatic status, representing a Brazilian foreign policy s new tool for country propulsion in the international context. This study intends to achieve a differentiated vision concerning the energy theme, removing itself from the technical and economic aspect the focus on its strategic, politician and diplomatic facet |
