Resumo: This work is a phenomenological research of an interventional, dialogical, and participatory nature, conducted by the ECOFAM research group at PUC-SP. Its main objective is to understand the main challenges faced by peripheral adolescents post-COVID-19 pandemic and share them with the academic community. Its specific aim is to address this theme from the perspective of adolescents residing in the “Brasilândia” territory: Investigating how this youth experienced this period through their own narratives, using the methodological foundations of Phenomenology. To achieve these objectives, various interventions were carried out over two years at the Center for Children and Adolescents – “CCA Enrico Giusti”, including activities where the researcher interacted with the target audience, group discussions, and reflective interviews. These interviews were transcribed and analyzed through hermeneutical analysis of meaning. Thus, the narratives were organized into "constellations" and "units of meaning." With the results of this research, numerous possibilities open up for other interventions and studies to be conducted in this territory, becoming a space for the voice and empowerment of this youth
