Probabilidade: concepções construídas e mobilizadas por alunos do ensino médio à luz da teoria das concepções (CK¢)

Resumo: The purpose of this presentation is to diagnose which probabilistic conceptions are construed and mobilized by High School students under condition of problem solving when the learning is acquired by having as didactic material the Teacher s Book and the Student s Book that were prepared according to the new curriculum proposal implemented at state of São Paulo in 2008. Based on this, we are trying to answer the question: Which are the probabilistic conceptions mobilized by High School students in problem solving when submitted to a learning based on the new proposal implemented at the network of state of São Paulo up from 2008? To ask it, we decided to perform a case study and the theoretical chart that was used to validate the analyses tries to argue the Conception Theory (CK¢) and the probabilistic categories that are identified in the former surveys, especially those that were proposed by Mrs. Pilar Azcárate s doctorate thesis. To answer our survey issue, we have checked some official documents, such as National Curriculum Parameters, National Higher Education Entrance Examination and especially the Teacher s Book and the Student s Book that make part of the Curricular Proposal for the state of São Paulo. At the end, we applied a questionnaire for three groups of volunteer students that are attending the second and third level of High School at a public school of the state teaching network. The analysis of the new proposal analysis along with the analysis of protocols that were construed based on the application of the questionnaire allowed the identification of conceptions of classical approach of Probability, but based on a purely deterministic vision of Probability
