Resumo: This study has the objective of describing, systemizing and reflecting on a systemic intervention process in a multifamiliar group in risk situation, focusing communication, autonomy and integration through the use of a proposal of spontaneous-creative games. It was based on the systemic boarding, integrated the studies on art and creativity, the integral human development, on the game, communication, families and multifamilies, as well as the family roles maternal, paternal and of couples. About the methodological process, the option was qualitative research, characterized as research-action, having as participants a group of five families with internal children, due to transgression act, at an Educandário reference group. After the systemic process of preparation, in 2003, the proposal Spontaneous-creative games in the communication, autonomy and integration processes was implemented at the institution in 12 two-hour biweekly meetings. Four technicians at the Educandário had supported the researcher. The multifamiliar group and the coordination had shared the construction of the process in equality movement, in relation from person to person. Three theoretical axles guiding, historical and dialogical had constituted the previous categories of analysis: the guiding axle emphasized the functions of the family family link, limit, movement and confrontation; the historical axle worked abilities and the histories of the families; the dialogical axle had the objective of decoding the symbolic messages contained in the games the subjective colloquies. The meeting included: preparation with coordination's games and adolescents' games; time for games in families; time to talk; time of coordination's theme-games and time for verbal sharing. Among the theme-games planned, can be distinguished family (game how do we see the family), the dynamics of the relations (game of giving, receiving, asking for, taking and rejecting), the personal social net (suitable drawing), childhood tricks, description of the families (historical map), limit and confrontation symbolic aggressiveness (game of swords, games of feelings), imagination and breath (game of trees and animals). The multifamiliar group brought, among others, the following subjects in its games and talks: stoppage feeling, losses feeling, exclusion of the family feeling, shame feeling, rescuer of the family feeling and of that the exchanging of roles is possible. The group process had 196 participations, with average of 16 people per meeting, including the presence from two to four generations. The children had totalized 42 participations. To think about the impact of the proposal at the institution and at the multifamiliar group, interviews with teachers from the institution and with a family were used as instruments. The teachers had affirmed that the improvement at the school performance of the adolescents was great, who had also become helpers during the learning process of the other students. One of the families, one year and a half after the intervention, gave tracks that the process of integration and autonomy of the family pointed at the comparative study of two moments of the game how do we see the family was going on. The reflection on the process of the multifamiliar group (supported by the study of the interviews and based in the theoretical axles guiding, historical and dialogical) supplied tracks of that the proposal has possibility of facilitating the multifamiliar development in the communication, autonomy and integration processes
