Resumo: The human being develops himself through a cultural process of social interation which the verbal and non verbal language is the mediator in this process as well. This language has its own cada througj signs. Taking advantage from this considerations, we have proposed in this issue to reflect about the maintenance and changes of meaning of the juridicial Laws, specially concerning the Family's Law that in such way manifest themselves through signs which have a tendency to crystallize it self, establishing strict rujas, but by the other side, suffering the social and polítical demanding, as time goes, the finally change. S0 if the man is determinated by the social impositions, called imprinting by Morris (1996), and he does not accept the petrifications of the rules and models, then he will search new ways to adapt himself, for this reason he tries to change what has already been established. S0 the simbol in spite of being imposed and seemingly crystallized, will be able to suffer influences trem the cultural changes which will compel, consequently, the changing of the language and its meanings which it is been recreated and (re)meaning as well. Therefore, this preservation process and possible changes in the cultura will determine changes in the Juridical Laws as well
