Resumo: |
This dissertation aims to identify and understand how the National Chamber of Dispute Resolution of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CNRD) is integrated into the broader context of Brazilian football, as it increasingly becomes the focus of media attention. The choice of this topic is based on the importance of comprehending the role of the CNRD as a specialized institution in the resolution of sports disputes, particularly regarding labor disputes within the realm of football. The existence of controversies and questions regarding the CNRD's jurisdiction to adjudicate these disputes makes it relevant to analyze its jurisprudence and investigate its scope in resolving labor issues. The hypothesis of this dissertation is that an analysis of the CNRD's jurisprudence will reveal precedents and relevant guidance for understanding its role in resolving labor disputes, considering the contentious issues surrounding the topic. The research will be conducted using a qualitative approach, employing documentary analysis and literature review. The theoretical aspects related to sports jurisdiction, labor arbitration, as well as the structure and functioning of the CNRD, will be investigated. Data collection will involve gathering and analyzing the CNRD's jurisprudence, particularly in cases involving labor disputes. The analysis of the results will allow for an understanding of the CNRD's position regarding its jurisdiction to adjudicate labor disputes in the context of football and will provide relevant insights for understanding this subject |
