Resumo: The research will study the effectiveness of the procedural system of sports jurisdiction in labor matters in Brazilian football and its main points of controversy, linked to the fundamental rights of sport and work, bringing its economic conception and its counterpoint in the social aspect with the necessary guarantee of human dignity and vital levels of workers' rights. Another point of analysis will be the systemic jurisdictional structuring in labor matters in Brazilian football, covering state jurisdiction and its material competence to prosecute and judge actions related to the formal system of Brazilian football, as well as sports jurisdiction, with the analysis of associative regulatory subsystems of the CNRD, through the institution of arbitration and the sanctioning procedure of art. 64 of the CBF's RNRTAF, and disciplinary of Sports Justice, through labor fair play, in addition to inquiring about the related institutions, such as the CBMA, the FIFA TF, TAS and the TFS. Finally, the dissertation will question the real effectiveness of the state and sports systems in labor matters from a procedural perspective, with points of reflection and debates about this gray zone, especially about the reasonable duration of the process, the effectiveness of the procedures, forum of election, access to justice, publicity, transparency of procedural acts, subject matter expertise, independence and impartiality in each of organs jurisdictional bodies that are part of the system addressed
