The main objective of this study is the social relations between the genders in companies. The research focused work and men relation, the subjectivity of feminine in the company environment and the role of patriarchy-capitalism in the domination-exploitation of women in paid work. Special emphasis was given in understanding in depth, the culture and the primary socialization as responsible for reproducing patriarchy in both ways public and private. The importance of diversity has been highlighted if one is to reach equity and tolerance between masculine and feminine, resulting in women not been overlooked. The research was carried out among top level executive women in companies. The qualitative approach proved to be very useful to catch personal and unique experiences of each participant. The work results concluded that gender issues are complex within companies and that prejudice and feminine inferiority are present, including at top level of hierarchy.
