Resumo: |
At the beginning of this century and in particular as a result of fast advances in Information and Communication Technologies, many organizations in Brazil started to use long-distance educational programs to train their employees, decreasing costs and promoting knowledge propagation. Corporate universities, which seemed to be a fad, have now become a new way to share knowledge. However, issues like content quality, learning motivation of employees, general satisfaction with this new model of learning and learning efficiency ( cost x benefit )on final results of the organizations were not yet measured. Our work deals with an opinion survey regarding these kind of issues that took place at the Corporate University of the Caixa Economica Federal. As a result of which, an based on developments of learning organizations, we are suggesting a plan to expand these learning process to the surrounding environment as way to contribute to local sustainable development, involving in particular the people at the organization with more knowledge and experience in socializing the process improving hence forth bank services. This suggestion we believe represents a win-win strategy since customers and bank will all benefit from it |
