Resumo: Quotaholders, who face a scenario of social disharmony, creating an internal political crisis, seeks the Judiciary in order to obtain the resolution of the corporate bond through the request of partial dissolution of the company. However, an aspect inherent to the break oh the harmony between the quotaholders has little attention of the doctrine, although the Judiciary deals with hundreds of times on the subject: the administration of the entrepreneurial company that faces an internal political crisis. Quotaholders intend not only to terminate the corporate relationship, but also sought for incidental claims in order to avoid bigger damages to the company, among them, the request for the judicial intervention in the management of the company. Currently, Law lacks specific rules of substantive law to pacify the potential paralysis of the administration, and the generic rules of procedural law are used to avoid social acephalia. In addition, on the one hand, the Judiciary must stick to the principle of the preservation of the company and, on the other, to the principle of the minimum intervention in the private sphere. The purpose of this study is to analyze how, to what extent, and for what reason, the Judiciary intervenes in the management of the company, whether to remove the current manager, to include a member in the management or to appoint a trustee of the Judiciary trust. The paper analyzed the main issues related to the administration of the company, including the political crisis of the members, its reflection on the administration and the legal principles inherent to the judicial intervention. For a more in-depth analysis, the Jurimetrics came out to be the adequate complementary methodology to the bibliographical review. A jurimetric study was undertaken, addressing fifteen matters on lawsuits involving the sought for judicial intervention in corporate management. The use of normative abstraction leads to casuistic outcomes, which leads to the unpredictability of judicial decisions and damages the country's business environment. Thus, judicial intervention in the administration should demand more attention not only of doctrine but of the Legislative Power in particular
