The personal talents bring great contribution to the individual when they are developed. It includes capability to adapt to the circumstances (not in the sense of acceptance or resignation), but for changes, also of selfperceptions, others perceptions (including people, situations, contexts) and that leads to increased self-esteem and become aware of it own strength facing up to adverse situations. This study aims to understand the contribution of the Projeto Guri for emergence of musical talents and for social inclusion of children and adolescents in the context of high social vulnerability and the involvement of family in this process.There was opted the qualitative analysis using as tool, the genograma and the semistructured interview applied in three families who have children participating in Projeto Guri . The interview was also applied in three technicians who play the part of Regents tutor in this project that is located in a city of Vale do Paraíba. As a method of analysis, were used some instruments of Grounded Theory Metodology: open coding, categorization, axial coding and selective coding. The results indicate the importance of parental attachment and intergenerational transmission of talent as factors contributing to the promotion of talent in children, as well as the participation of technical in the Projeto Guri was of great importance in this manifestation. As a result of the manifestation of talent, the parents feel more objectives defined in children, about the future, better social acquaintance and increasing self-esteem. They are able to ensure their social inclusion with the development of autonomy and strengthening of relational entail |
